The Southeast Alabama Area Health Education Center (SEAAHEC) is a 501 (c) 3; non-profit organization dedicated to building a program of healthcare workforce development that will ultimately serve the primary care needs of the rural and underserved communities of Southeast Alabama:

Autauga, Barbour, Bullock, Coffee, Dale, Elmore, Henry,
Houston, Geneva, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Montgomery,
Pike and Russell counties.

Our focus is to serve the disadvantaged and minority populations in Southeast Alabama – those who are often medically under-represented within the health care professions.

And, we need your generous support in order to expand our program of work that is totally funded through grants and corporate and individual donations. Your gift can be used:

– to purchase ACT study books for students seeking a health care career

– to print financial aid materials

– to underwrite the cost of transporting students – who may never have visited a college or
university for a campus tour; or

– to provide scholarships for health-careers summer camp.

Your gift is 100% tax deductible.
